Demetri Evan Martin is an American actor, comedian, voice actor, and an artist.
He is the voice of Ice Bear in the Cartoon Network original series We Bare Bears.
Personal Information
Demetri Martin was born on May 25, 1973 in New York City, New York. He attended NYU School Of Law after receiving a full scholarship, but dropped out due to boredom and became a stand-up comedian. On June 1, 2012, Martin married long-time girlfriend Rachael Beame in Santa Monica, California.
Trivia
- Demetri has anaphylaxis (deadly allergies) to seafood, poultry, and nuts. This may be the inspiration for Panda's nut allergy.
- As Ice Bear's lines are generally short and far between, Martin usually goes into the studio once a month and records lines for three episodes at a time. This may be why he hasn't been in any promotional events or videos for the show. [1]
