Plot[]
The little bears land on a planet that looks like it came out of a 1930s cartoon, the happy bouncy fun town is ruled by Lord Billy Willy and everyone is happy all the time.
billy willy invites grizzly and panda to join his community and become his new subjects and they accept without questioning anything, but he excludes ice bear because according to him, polar did not represent the standard of adequate joy(polar was only happy on inside and not on the outside).
then lord billy willy decided to banish ice bear to the sad forest, where all depressing and frowny things he didn't like and considered a threat to his society stayed.
in the sad forest, ice meets the inhabitants of the place, including a rock with a grumpy face which explains that everyone in happy bouncy fun town isn't really happy and that lord billy willy is controlling them with a record player under his crown.
upon realizing that his brothers are in terrible danger, ice bear steals lord billy willy's crown and destroy the record player, causing everyone in town to snap out of his mind control.
ice bear then explains to billy willy in the form of a song that no one needs to be happy all the time and the other feelings are also important, when he realizes the mistake he made, billy willy regrets everything what he did and decides to let everyone be the way they want.
after that, the three little baby bears return to the box and leave for the next planet to continue their mission of finding a new home for them.
