Lilit Atshemyan is an American freelance artist, illustrator, animator, and layout and background designer. She's known for her talent in background designing and for being an art director during the development of the 2012 student short Broken Wing.
She is a background designer for the Cartoon Network original series We Bare Bears.[1]
Career[]
From 2006 to 2009, Lilit attended the Los Angeles, California City College, also known as LACC, working as an illustrator and obtaining an associate degree in illustration. The year following her graduation from LACC, Lilit attended Woodbury University until 2014. She obtained a bachelor's degree in fine arts and animation.
In the April of 2007, at the Barnsdall Art Park, Lilit had assisted Caryl Davis in creating a sculpture for the C.O.L.A. Individual Artist Fellowships show. Additionally, from September 2008 to May 2010, Lilit worked as an assistant at the LACC library.
As of September 2014, Lilit currently works with Cartoon Network as a background designer.
