Lord Billy Willy is a character from We Baby Bears.
Appearance[]
Lord Billy Willy is a giant hot dog with a cartoony dog head, it has thin black arms and legs that are covered in white gloves and shoes.
He wears a large crown on his head which he uses to hide his mind control record player, he has a mustard stain on his belly that resembles a yellow tie.
Biography[]
lord billy willy is the founder and ruler of the happy bouncy fun town who control his subjects using a magical record player hidden beneath his giant crown.
one day he receives a visit from the three baby bears who were looking for their new home and offers his city as a home for them,but excludes ice bear from his society because he is not happy as his other brothers.
and then ice bear comes back to save his brothers and with a small distraction he destroy the record player causing billy willy to lose control over his subjects.
upon realizing that the lord was controlling them,the citizens turn against him,but ice stops them and teaches them that life is not just about joy and that there is nothing wrong with feeling other things.
lord billy willy realizes the mistake he has made and regrets his actions,allowing his subjects to better express themselves and feel other things.
billy willy renews the offer to let the baby bears stay in his kingdom,but they refuse and then they blast off for the next planet to find their new home.
it is unknown what happened to him after the end of the episode,as he does not reappear in the later episodes of the series.

- Lord Billy Willy is a parody of Goofy from the Mickey Mouse franchise and he shares the same voice actor with this Disney cartoon character.
