Mayor Centipede is the hidden main antagonist of the We Baby Bears episode, Bug City Sleuths.
Appearance[]
Mayor Centipede is a scarlet red centipede with a dark orange underbelly. She wears a silk yellowish-white business suit, and a large ribbon on her body saying MAYOR CENTIPEDE. She has yellow eyes with turquoise highlights.
Personality[]
Mayor Centipede initially appears as a helpful mayor, before actually being revealed as the bug-napper. She used the Silk Worms to make herself a suit.
Biography[]
Mayor Centipede first greets the Baby Bears, she tells them on how the city has been successful, and talks about the importance of jobs. When the bears notice the missing poster for the 3 lost Silk Worms and want to find them, she crumbles up the paper and tells them that there are detectives already available to look for them. She takes a selfie with them and leaves.
Later on, when they finally discover the warehouse and meet up with Sam Spider Spade, she reveals herself as the bug-napper. It's also revealed that she used the Silk Worms to also make her suit. Sam then uses his webs to cover Centipede up, then she breaks the webs and grabs the Silk Worms. After chasing her and the worms, they find her falsely claiming as the rescuer and giving the Silk Worms to an officer, and blames the bears as the culprits. Sam then tells the other bugs that the Mayor is the bug-napper. Panda gives proof by playing an audio recording of her saying that she is the bug-napper. She is then arrested.
