Mr. Charles is a bigger bad antagonist in We Bare Bears. He is Barry's father as well as his superior and the head of an unnamed billion dollar company that desperately tries to steal Roomba's tech for profit purpose. He is quite strict to Barry since he reminds his son that the company is not his playground.

- According to the credits, his name is Mr. Charles. However, no first name seems to be given as of yet.
- He is voiced by Keith David who also voiced Flame King on Cartoon Network's other show "Adventure Time".
