Ursa (Or Ursa Major) is a one-time character who appears in the episode "Little Fallen Star". She is the queen of the galaxy and is Dippy's mother.

Ursa is a white bear with cyan-colored eyes. She wears a cyan-colored tiara on her head that has a star gem on it. She wears a sky-blue cape at all times.
