- Panda's profile picture is an edited picture of him wearing his ranger shirt from the episode "Bear Squad."
- This is the second episode to feature Yuri Lowenthal as part of the voice cast, the first being the third season episode, "Dog Hotel."
Cultural References[]
- This episode is similar to the New Looney Tunes (formerly Wabbit) episode, "Annoying Ex-Boydfriend," as it involves the main characters helping a bird with a loud squawk find a mate in order to get some sleep.
- The song "Dance With Her" Grizzly sings to get the two red-tippered larkatoos to couple up is a clear parody of the song "Kiss the Girl" from the Disney film The Little Mermaid.
- There is also a reference to another Disney film Lady and the Tranp were the two larkatoos are seen recreating the iconic spaghetti moment from the movie.
- The music in this episode during the party and the title card is a reference to the Earth, Wind, and Fire song Let's Groove.
- The Bird'dex is an obvious nod to the Pokedex from the Pokémon franchise.
- The banner for the party is "Enchantment Under the Trees Dance" which is a parody of the "Enchantment Under the Sea Dance" from Back To The Future where similarly, Marty's parents are supposed to fall in love.
Errors[]
- When the Bears first decide to go to bed, Panda notes that the clock shows it's 2 AM. Ice Bear's alarm clock says it's 11:30 though.
- His clock could be fast though.
- When Miki-Chan is put in the tree, her nose is missing.
